The scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement will be defined in separate agreements or contracts.

Clients engaging our services agree to:

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • Fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered

While Frostbyte X aims to reduce cybersecurity risk, no system can be made 100% secure. Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee immunity from all threats
  • We are not responsible for client misconfigurations, failure to follow recommendations, or third-party service failures
  • Website access is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis with no guarantees of uninterrupted service

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Frostbyte X shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business)
  • Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim

All content, reports, designs, and materials provided by Frostbyte X remain our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed
  • Website designs, branding, and original content remain Frostbyte X intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Frostbyte X is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of external websites.

Either party may terminate services with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. Frostbyte X reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of:

  • Security or legal concerns
  • Non-payment

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in Saskatchewan courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
